Key Roles & Responsibilities:Screen and filter candidates for open positions based on job requirements.Source, generate, and maintain a strong database of job seekers through online and offline channels.Conduct career counseling sessions and guide candidates regarding suitable job roles.Prepare candidates for interviews, including resume guidance and basic interview training.Coordinate with client HR teams for current and upcoming job openings.Schedule and manage interviews for registered candidates.Attend meetings for company tie-ups and college placement activities, if required.Create recruitment posters and promotional content for job vacancies and post them on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and placement tracking reports.Support business development activities to increase registrations and corporate connections.
