Execute daily/shift production plans as per schedule. Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, and equipment. Monitor line operations to achieve the required output, yield, and efficiency. Reduce downtime and coordinate with maintenance for quick breakdown resolution. Monitor CCP (Critical Control Points) & OPRP parameters as per HACCP plan. Conduct in-process quality checks (temperature, weight, metal detection, labelling, coding).
