Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Aptitude Teacher who has a strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, and is passionate about teaching students preparing for competitive exams such as Bank PO, SSC, IBPS, NABARD and other PSUs.As an Aptitude Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, designing practice materials, conducting mock tests, and helping students improve their problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mathematics and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.Key Responsibilities:Teach Aptitude & Reasoning: Deliver high-quality lessons on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and other related topics.Create Lesson Plans: Develop comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments tailored to the syllabus and students' needs.Conduct Regular Tests: Organize and conduct regular mock tests and quizzes to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.Student Mentorship: Provide individual attention and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges, improve their understanding, and build confidence.Track Student Progress: Monitor students' performance and provide timely interventions to improve their skills and academic performance.Motivational Support: Encourage and motivate students to achieve their best by instilling a growth mindset and offering personalized learning strategies.Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, exam patterns, and changes in syllabus related to competitive exams.Collaborate: Work closely with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and structured learning experience for the students.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or related field.
