We are seeking an International Procurement Executive to join our team in Ghatkopar. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services from suppliers around the world. Your work will help ensure that our company has the best quality products at the best prices. Key Responsibilities:- **Supplier Sourcing:** Identify and evaluate potential international suppliers to meet the companys needs, ensuring quality and reliability.- **Negotiation and Contract Management:** Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with suppliers to secure favorable conditions for the company while maintaining strong relationships.- **Market Research:** Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and sourcing strategies that align with business goals.- **Order Management:** Process purchase orders efficiently, including tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.- **Inventory Control:** Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.- **Supplier Performance Assessment:** Regularly assess supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and service levels.Required Skills and Expectations:We expect candidates to have 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers are crucial. Proficiency in market analysis and an understanding of global trade regulations will be beneficial. A team-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also important for success in this role.
