As we expand, we are looking for passionate professionals to join our team and contribute to responsible, data-driven financial management.Role SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant for the position of Senior Accounting Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and operational accounting, with proven team coordination experience.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and company policies.Conduct variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting for senior management.Generate monthly MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making.2. Budgeting & ForecastingSupport preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Monitor and analyze actual performance against budgets.Assist in cost control and financial planning initiatives.3. Accounting OperationsOversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries.Ensure timely closure of books at month-end/year-end.Supervise AP/AR processes and ensure accurate and timely payments and collections.4. Compliance & AuditsEnsure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory frameworks.Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.Prepare and submit returns, reports, and reconciliations for regulatory compliance.5. Team CoordinationGuide and supervise junior team members and interns in accounting tasks.Foster collaboration with cross-functional departments for smooth financial operations.Train and support team on compliance and systems updates.Candidate ProfileQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: 35 years post-qualification in core accounting and finance rolesStrong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind AS, and audit processesHands-on experience with ERP systems (Tally ERP, SAP, or equivalent)Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and reportingStrong communication and team-handling skillsDetail-oriented with high standards of integrity and accuracyPreferred Industry BackgroundEnvironmental Services / Clean-TechEngineering / Manufacturing / Infrastructure
