Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support:Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.Maintain and update contact directories and office logs.Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.4. Office Operations Assistance:Coordinate with office maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure cleanliness.Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring inventory is adequately managed.Assist in organizing office events, training sessions, or team meetings.5. Communication:Act as a liaison between departments, relaying messages and coordinating tasks.Handle basic inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma; bachelors degree preferred.Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and PBX systems.Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
