This role involves calling and email and Reports uploading in CRM toolThe candidate has to follow up with Diagnostic centers and Hospitals to get the reports and the follow up has to be done till we get the reports Once the reports are received he/she has to cross check the reports as per the guidelines and if meets all the guidelines then the reports has to be uploaded in CRM
