We are looking for a skilled and hardworking agriculture labourer with hands-on experience in polyhouse cultivation, modern farming practices, and basic agricultural technology. The role also involves feeding and caring for cattle and assisting with day-to-day farm operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain polyhouse cultivation (planting, irrigation, climate control, pest management)Carry out farming activities such as sowing, transplanting, weeding, fertilizing, and harvestingMonitor crop health and report issues related to pests, diseases, or nutrient deficienciesOperate and maintain basic farm machinery and agricultural toolsUse or assist with modern farming technologies (drip irrigation, sensors, mobile apps, etc.)Feed, clean, and take basic care of cattle and livestockMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of farm and cattle areasFollow safety procedures and farm guidelinesSupport other farm-related tasks as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience in polyhouse / greenhouse farmingGood knowledge of modern and traditional farming practicesBasic understanding of agricultural technology and equipmentExperience in feeding and handling cattlePhysically fit and willing to work outdoorsHonest, reliable, and hardworkingAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyPreferred (but not mandatory):10/ITI / Diploma / Training in AgricultureExperience with organic or precision farmingAbility to read basic instructions in English or local languageSalary & Benefits:Salary: 15kAccommodation : Provided
