Roles and Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, promote products and services, and increase brand awareness.2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize the insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.3. Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, provide them with necessary marketing support, and ensure effective lead generation and conversion.4. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and display advertising.5. Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.6. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide regular reports to the management team.7. Plan and execute events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, build brand awareness, and establish thought leadership in the industry.8. Collaborate with the Product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.

Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing. Develop the content for driving key marketing campaigns Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends. Manage and allocate budget across key initiatives correctly. Should be able to handle diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. To achieve brand-specific goals awareness, interest, desire, and action based on analysis of the current situation and the company's business goals. To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values. To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business. To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.Qualification / Skills Should be an MBA. Experience: 5 - 10 years. Age: Between 25 40 years. (Only Female Candidates) Possess excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, communication and time-management. Strong ability to focus on customer/market and drive various initiatives Knowledge of digital marketing. Possess a strong branding and marketing background with a keen understanding of consumer behavior, product marketing and branding.
