As a Picker & Packer, your main role will be to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient packaging of products. You will work in a warehouse setting, helping to maintain the smooth operation of our logistics process.Key Responsibilities:- **Picking Orders:** Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the right quantities and products are chosen.- **Packing Products:** Carefully pack picked items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation, ensuring all packages meet quality standards.- **Labeling Packages:** Clearly label all packages with shipping information and product details to facilitate easy identification and delivery.- **Inventory Management:** Assist in keeping track of stock levels by regularly checking inventory and reporting low stock to supervisors.- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Keep the work area clean and organized. This helps improve efficiency and safety within the warehouse environment.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have completed at least the 10th grade.- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.- Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing, lifting, and moving products.- Basic understanding of inventory processes is preferred but not necessary for entry-level candidates.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as necessary in the fast-paced warehouse environment.
