Job summary: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Unit Lead to lead the success of a particular business unit. He will oversee developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency to achieve units goals. BUL will be whole sole responsible for overall performance of the unit be it P&L, Sales, Operations, customer delivery quality and business development of the unit. He will oversee the team, set their business goals, delegate task to them and monitor their performance and guide them in need of hour. Key Responsibility: Developing a strategic plan for the business unit to support company goals. Leading a team of employees and overseeing their work performance to ensure business goals are met. Developing marketing strategies for products or services that consider customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Determining pricing strategies for new products or services based on costs of production, research and development expenses, and profit margins. Managing budgets, financial activities, and cash flow for the business unit Overseeing operations and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Ensuring that all legal requirements are met, including labor laws, environmental regulations, and other rules and regulations. Working with senior management to develop organizational goals and objectives. Reviewing reports on business performance and making recommendations for improvement
