We are Into Service Industry Giving Transportation Services to Pharma Companies for Taking Their Materials from One Location to Another Location On Pan India Basis. the Person Has to Do Lr Preparation, Verification, Checking the Route of the Dispatch, other Related Documents Required for the Lr, and After Delivery of the Materials all the Lr, other Attachments to Be Checked and Prepare the Record of the Same and Hand Over the Prepared Records to other Department. Person Should have Knowledge of Sap, Emails, Eway Bills, Word, Excel, Etc.

as the firm is in the field of transportation services, he had to maintain cash and its expeneses records in excell format and then entered in tally as per the its norms and rules. he had also to maintain the records pertaining to all the expences incurred as the firm is transportation services for pharmaceutical firsm....

As this is a Transport service provider firm, He has to do LR entry in SAP and maintain its record with all the adjoined documents. When drivers delivered the same duly signed to be checked and the relevant papers, like, hamali receipts, loading/unloading receipts, toll receipts, etc. and prepare the record of the same and forwarded the same to billing department.

He should be well versed wih tally 9erp, He should now all in & out of accoountancy, upto finalisation and gst return filing, tds return filing, tax filing, etc. taxation and audit point also should be added qualification.
