We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Goa, India. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, managing food costs, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating kitchen staff, developing new recipes and menu items, maintaining food safety standards, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in culinary arts, at least 6-9 years of experience in the culinary industry, and a strong passion for food.We are seeking a Male Head Chef who demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
