Roles and ResponsibilitiesCandidate must be from Sheet Metal industry.- Plan and organize production schedules.- Assess project and resource requirements.- Determine quality control standards are adhered to.- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.- Manage multiple projects and complete delivery before or at deadline.- Get day to day production work from design department.- Discuss the design with design head for queries and solutions.- Material planning for the discussed design well in advance to avoid production delay.- Monitor production at each level and resolve the issues, if any.- Ensure health and safety precautions are adhered to.- Ensure final output meets quality standards in all production department.- Plan daily production to meet project expectations.- Enhance productivity of all production department.- List out all raw material for current and future projects and update the same to concern department.- Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment- Production activities in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding, Machining components.- Experience of sheet metal processing.- Knowledge of basic production activities, ensure plan Vs. Actual are met.Desired Candidate Profile- BE/Diploma in Mechanical- Experience total work: 1-2 years (Preferred)- production activities.- Must have knowledge in welding.- Knowledge of basic production activities- Three ShiftSalary : 4 LPABenefits- Health insurance- Monthly Sales Incentive on CTCLocation: Kalyan ,Thane
