The Production Planning Associate supports the planning, scheduling, and coordination of manufacturing activities to ensure timely production, optimal resource utilization, and smooth shop floor operations. This role works closely with production, materials, quality, and supply chain teams to meet delivery targets while maintaining efficiency and cost control.

We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality inspector to join our production department. As the quality inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.

Production Planners are professionals in charge of ensuring that all materials and goods required for production go into the right place exactly when they should. They work closely with managers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly without any hiccups along the way.

The Process Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that organizational processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and improving process performance to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

The Inventory Control Executive is responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves tracking stock movement, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and minimizing inventory losses or shortages.

The Quality Control Associate is responsible for performing inspections, tests, and quality checks to ensure products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. This role supports consistent product quality and helps identify and resolve quality issues.

The Supply Chain Operations Executive supports day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, logistics support, and vendor communication. The role ensures smooth movement of materials/products while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Analyze pre-certification, Medical Decision Reviews and research and identify billing practices and issuesReview and negotiate appeals to evaluate compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, industry best practicesParticipates in project meetings, providing QC shop inspection updates as required, communicating relevant information to other quality professionals and inspectors as appropriate, updates ITPsInterfaces for development of respective shop inspection documentation packages, identification of unique inspection requirements and any other aspects to highlight or communicate to the assigned shop inspector in support of shop inspection activitiesReviews inspection reports for content quality, completion, clarity and consistencyMay be required to mentor staffGenerates records, reports, correspondence, distributes appropriately and identifies improvement opportunitiesEffectively and efficiently plan quality control activities to support the overall manufacturing processProvide technical guidance to the QC team and assists with planning for special projects and quality control exceptions as neededAssist QC supervisors with tactical decisions in quality control to support planning requirements and execution by QC staff
