Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Consultant with expertise across Oracle Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS), Sales Audit Cloud Service (SACS), Pricing Cloud Service (PCS), and Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS). The consultant will be responsible for analyzing issues, recommending solutions, supporting integrations, and ensuring optimal configuration across Oracle Retail applications. This role involves working closely with production support teams, stakeholders, and Oracle ERP Cloud integrations to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient retail solutions.Responsibilities- Work with PLCB production support resources to analyze root causes of issues- Understand overall architecture and provide consulting on solutions.- Recommend and implement configuration and setup changes to Oracle Retail applications as needed.- Interpret business requirements and provide out-of-the-box MFCS and PCS solutions with recommendations.- Support integration of Oracle Pricing Cloud Service (PCS) with MFCS and ERP Cloud.- Analyze and guide testing approaches for Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches.- Update and maintain project documentation, including MFCS/PCS security role changes, application setups, and integration specifications.- Consult on interface changes with Oracle Point of Service System (POS) v14.0.1.- Consult on interface changes with Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS).- Consult on interface changes with Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting Cloud Service (RDFCS).- Support bulk load of pricing into SIOCS.- Provide expertise on Oracle SIOCS APIs, web services, and Message Processing System.- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data in SIOCS Apex.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of Oracle Cloud or 5 years of Oracle non-Cloud experience- Strong expertise in MFCS, IMCS, SACS, PCS, and SIOCS.- Proven ability to understand architecture and recommend solutions.- Hands-on experience in configuring and setting up Oracle Retail applications.- Knowledge of Oracle Retail integrations with ERP Cloud, POS, and RDFCS.- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.- Experience with Oracle Retail APIs, web services, and bulk data processing.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.- Ability to collaborate with production support and business stakeholders effectively.
