We are looking for a Female Tellecaller to join our team in Gurugram. As a Tellecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and offer them our products or services. You will need to have good communication skills to effectively convey information and persuade customers. Additionally, the ability to use computers and Microsoft Excel is required for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. A background in marketing communication is preferred to effectively pitch products and services. A graduate degree is required for this full-time position, and we welcome freshers to apply for this role. Working from our office, you will need to be punctual, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service over the phone.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining customer records, and preparing sales reports. They will assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, as well as providing administrative support to the sales department.Key responsibilities include managing sales inquiries and orders, maintaining customer records, and updating sales reports. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in coordinating sales meetings, preparing sales presentations, and providing support during sales events and promotions. Additionally, they will assist in managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a post-graduate education. They should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop support, as well as experience in corporate sales and field service. The Sales Coordinator should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
