As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about products or services. Your primary goal is to promote and sell products or services, as well as maintain positive customerQualifications and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
