1.Counselling of all patients referred and recommended for surgeries/procedures.2.Follow up of counselled patients on a regular basis and maintain conversions.3.Coordinating surgical appointments with OT Supervisor4.Surgical list preparation and coordination with OT Supervisor5.Preoperative and Post operative follow ups, care and instructions.6.Coordinating with doctors for appointments and medications.7.Coordination with office for PSU & TPA documentation of patients.8.Consent forms, discharge summary case summaries, certificates etc.9.Co-ordinating with patients and OT supervisor.10.Patient testimonials and documentation.11.Surgical case files documentation and database management.12.Follow ups, Feedback for patient satisfaction.13.To update the Counseling record & give daily report to Operations Head / Medical Director
