Laser Technicians are primarily responsible for treating clients using advanced laser technology. Laser Technicians must maintain professionalism in many different scenarios including positive, negative or emotional situations. Laser Technicians are also uniquely qualified to upsell packages and sell products that would benefit the client, based on what is being treated.

1. Responsible for sales and in house bookings of the slimming department. 2.To counsel all the clients not losing weight as required in co-ordination with the in-house dietitian and the trainer.3.Getting customer feedback4. Recording and closing customer complaint5. Reason of customer not renewing membership and taking corrective action on the sales 6.Collecting reference from the existing customer7. Checking & followup that the references get converted into members of centre8. Coordinating with the clients if they face any problems regarding scheduling, going for long holidays or face any medical problem

You will be responsible for listening to the customers wishes and desires and provide them with the most suitable services.The ideal candidate will have knowledge of improving hair and skin. They will be deft and competent with a broad knowledge of trends and fashion.The ideal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction to drive long-term success for our business.

* Welcome customers and identify their preference.* Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers face shapes and tastes* Wash, rinse and dry clients hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners (e.g. for oily hair or dry scalp)* Cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment* Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage* Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails and buns* Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks)* Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences.* Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed* Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
