Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.Outstanding leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Co-ordinate with senior accountant Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Ensure timely bank payments.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
