We are looking for a dedicated female Tele Caller to join our team in Madipur, Delhi. This full-time office role is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience or fresh graduates who have completed at least their 10th grade.The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and maintaining customer relationships. The key responsibilities include managing call lists, providing accurate information about our offerings, and recording customer feedback and details in our database.Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a friendly and professional phone manner. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers effectively is essential. Additionally, having good organizational skills will help in managing calls and customer information efficiently.Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and data entry, is required. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced environments, demonstrating persistence and confidence when speaking to clients.
