The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing print-ready artwork and ensuring alignment with production and brand requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality packaging artwork for flexible packaging, labels, and FMCG products.Prepare production-ready files for rotogravure printing, ensuring proper color separation, trapping, and layout accuracy.Work closely with marketing, prepress, and production teams to meet project goals and timelines.Review and modify artwork based on feedback; manage proof approvals and finalize files for printing.Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and technical specifications.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in packaging design and prepress for rotogravure printing.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.Solid understanding of rotogravure and flexographic printing techniques.Familiarity with packaging substrates, die-lines, and color management.Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Identify, establish contact and develop relationships with new potential customers.
