Experience: 46 years in IT or Consulting, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Planview Portfolios implementation & manages services or support environment.Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., B.Tech, MCA)Notice period ImmediateResponsibilities:Participate in the implementation, support and configuration of Planview Portfolios, including data migration, system setup, and user onboarding.Design and develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and rule sets to support portfolio management processes.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), conduct training sessions, and contribute to rollout planning.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service request and change requestsCollaborate on the integration of Planview with other systems using standard connectors or APIs.Technical Skills:Strong functional and technical knowledge of Planview Portfolios.Good understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management practices.Proficiency in SQL and Excel formulas/macros (preferred).Knowledge of CSS/HTM/Javascript/JSON is good to have.Familiarity with APIs and basic integration approaches.Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI with Planview data.Understanding of common project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.Architect Position(Portfolio) : End to end Planview portfolio implementation including integration with ERP systems and project management applications etc..* Design integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle), HRMS, and other enterprise systemsother project management systemsPlanview University trained.
