Key Skills required:Strong sales and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to negotiate effectivelyExcellent knowledge of International destinationsStrong problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedStrong ability to manage time and prioritize tasksWorking knowledge of domestic and international travel trendsAbility to speak languages in addition to English preferredJob Responsibilities:Speak with clients on telephone to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.Prepare itineraries and packagesSells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.Collects payments, books travel arrangements and manages pre & post sales coordination.Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.Attends travel seminars and conferences.Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Education & Experience:Diploma or Bachelors degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related fieldExperience working as a travel agent (Optional)Working hours:Monday to Friday -- 09.30 am to 07.00 pmSaturday -- 09:30 am to 03.00 pmLanguage Preference (spoken) -- Gujarati or Tamil or Marathi or KannadaReading / Writing skills -- Fluency in EnglishOffice Location: Vasai, MaharashtraJob Type: Full-timePay: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per monthSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusSales Incentives*Speak with the employer* +91 7420833666Expected Start Date: 15th January'25
