Job Title: Tender ManagerLocation: Raipur, ChhattisgarhSalary range: 25,000 - 33,000Employment type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Tender Manager leads the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender proposals to secure new business opportunities, ensuring all requirements are met and risks are assessed.Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end tender processes, from review to submission.- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) for accurate input.- Develop pricing strategies and competitive financial models.- Conduct risk assessment and ensure compliance with bid requirements.- Negotiate contract terms to align with company objectives.- Analyze market and competitor data to improve win rates.- Continuously improve tender processes and maintain accurate records.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree.- 1-2 years in tender management, bid management, or contracts. - Proficient in MS Office.- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities: Organizing and overseeing project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Facilitating communication among team members, tracking project progress, providing single point coordination and managing documentation Assisting in resource allocation and helping to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value Analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, ability to work under deadlinesQualification & Experience Graduation/ Post Graduation in any stream. 1 to 2 years of experience in any field with proficiency in Excel & Power Point
