The Medical Online Support Advisor is the key link between healthcare professionals/ Doctors, medical vendors, and the enquirers/customers. They help on calls, chat, and emails, which includes referring to the right medicines based on the symptoms/disease. And handle the follow-up issues of the orders.Responsibilities and Duties1) Handling queries through calls, chat, and emails.2)To provide a bridge between the medical vendors/medicines and the enquirers.3) Provide proactive input in strategic medical/medicine management.4) Book, review, and revise patient orders on medicines and contact the vendor to fulfill the orders.5) Basic understanding of symptoms and diseases.Required Experience, Skills, and QualificationsExcellent Leadership skills- Negotiation skills- Leadership skills- Proactive- Excellent communication - Both oral & Written English- B/M/PhD Degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine / Translational Medicine or Clinical Research would be given preference.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:work: 5 year (Required)Preferred experience in medicine Imp. & Exp.
