Job Summary:The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic area. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales objectives.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional strategies and launch new products.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
