Roles and Responsibilities: A renowned Real Estate Group is looking for President - Construction (only IIT pass out B.Tech in Civil) for the following role:To ensure Designs prepared by consultants, are in line to project concept, construct ability at site, and at optimal cost.An Experienced and Mature, Senior Civil Engineer, who can handle and lead the Constructions Company's day to day operations operation indulging multi storey residential Projects.Effective communication with Clients on weekly basis, updating the Project status to the Director.To understand the client requirements and conceptualization of the project through design consultants by giving techno-commercial inputs.To check and approve Project estimate and schedule; and obtain approval from Client.To ensure timely availability of GFC drawings.Client, Contractor, Vendors, Relationship Management.He will be responsible for overall planning, direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of the project/s in line with the company strategy, commitments and goals.Desired Candidate Profile: Looking for a President Construction i.e. an IIT Pass out with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
