1) Diploma/B.Tech. in Mechanical with 2 - 3 years work experience in HVAC field.2) Must be Familiar with working on Excel, Outlook etc. Must be willing to send Daily Report.3) Should know how to properly read AutoCAD drawings.4) Constantly monitoring work progress at site. Keeping thorough track of material movement & give accurate records of material consumed & material left at site at all times.5) Getting measurements done, submitting running bills, if any, and getting payments cleared.

HVAC Design Engineer: Experience: 3+ Years Location: Delhi Industry: Heat, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Salary: Bracket Open for Good Candidates Key Roles: All initial working on Drawings received from Arch/Consultants or Client All follow up meetings with clients for finalization and closure Day to day co-ord with Arch and consultant Actual Site visit before start of planning Calling for rates from various suppliers for materials (exceptional items only) Making drawings available to the project execution team and at site to supervisors Giving proper estimation of materials required to the purchase dept as per the set norms against the approved BOQ Regular auditing of site work Making the required changes in the drawings as per site conditions & updating same to related individuals As built drawing to be made at the completion of project and submitted along with the handover docs Heat load Calculation Preparation of technical Submittal of material. VRF machine selection and design, Chilled water piping design, AHU selection, Basement Ventilation design.
