Primary Responsibilities:Perform assigned work in a self-directed mannerPrepare and analyze general ledger account reconciliations, including intercompany accountsPrepare and analyze sub-ledger vs main GL ledger reconciliation and investigate open items etc.Identify and analyze clinical cash reconciliation and report unusual transactionsPerform monthly quality assurance review of select operations/accounting documents for internal control compliancePerform ad hoc reporting and analysisResolve reconciling items in a timely mannerComplete special projects as assigned by supervisorComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent6+ minimum years of professional accounting experiencePrior Transition ExperienceHands-on experience performing the following:Correctly applying US GAAP and company practices to assigned workRunning queries in a general ledger system

QualificationsProficient in Excel and WordAbility to negotiate positive resolutions with customers and payroll tax agenciesProficient working with multiple systems and tools to perform job functionsAbility to work independently and within a team-based environmentCustomer Service skills (e.g., setting and meeting expectations, care & empathy, follow up, etc.)Good oral and written communication skills and above average administrative skillsExcellent analytical and follow up skillsGood time management skills in order to meet production and aging goalsProfessionalism demonstrated ability to interact professionally with others
