1.) Inspection of Inward Material/ Inprocess quality/f inish goods material.2.) Aware of customer handling, Customer visit, Containment action against customer issue.3.) Inspection of powder coating/plating parts.4.) Well known about PDIR & Pre dispatch Activities.5.) Aware of Quality Gate, Quality Alert.6.) Basic instruments handling- Micrometer, Vernier, bevel, etc.7.) Aware of 7 QC tools,5S activity, Kaizen, Pokayoke, Root Cause Analysis 8.) Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.9.) Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.10.)Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.11.) Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.12.) Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.13.) Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.

We are seeking a Quality Head to ensure the highest standards of quality in our processes and products at our Bhosari MIDC location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and a strong educational background.Key Responsibilities:1. **Quality Management:** Develop and implement quality strategies and procedures to enhance product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.2. **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and effective problem-solving.3. **Audits and Inspections:** Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, ensuring corrective actions are taken as needed.4. **Data Analysis:** Analyze quality metrics and data to monitor performance and identify trends, leveraging insights to drive quality initiatives.5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to quality.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities to evaluate quality metrics and make informed decisions.
