You will be expected to:Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Provide assistance with order tracking, returns, and refunds.Troubleshoot technical issues with our website and payment gateway.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest game releases and features.Use our customer support software to manage and track customer inquiries, and ensure that all tickets are resolved within our SLA.Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team.
