This role offers a structured 3month training program, after which candidates will be evaluated for a full-time opportunity based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on exposure to the US IT market, vendor coordination, and consultant marketing. Training & Career Path Initial 3 Months: Structured training in US IT Bench Sales recruitment. Practical exposure to job portals, vendor networks, rate negotiations, and submission processes. Performance evaluation at the end of training. Full-time opportunity will be offered based on individual performance and company standards. Job Summary The role involves marketing IT consultants in the US market, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in placing candidates on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in night shifts. Key Responsibilities Learn and manage the bench database, including consultant skills, availability, and visa status. Identify suitable US IT job requirements from job portals and vendor networks. Submit qualified consultants to matching requirements. Coordinate with consultants regarding availability, interview schedules, and basic rate discussions. Support handling C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements in the US market. Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors. Follow up on submissions and interview feedback. Maintain daily reports on submissions and activities.
