Good Knowledge about export procedures , dispatch related workResponsible for pre post shipment documentation process.Support cross functional departments involved in international business transactions ensure compliances with export laws and regulations Maintain Export Files in an ISO organized and cataloged system. Look after all export documentation. Should have the experience to hand refer containers, and to place bookings on all shipping linesPreparations of daily export material status report, collection target & overdue report should be submitted daily.Manage all accounting transactionsExperience with general ledger functionsWorking experience in Tally.

Candidate should be responsible for Maintaining records of quality of incoming material and raise complain in case of deviations Candidate should be having knowledge of costing, accounts He need to follow up with supervisors regarding incoming report and material received He needs to ensure material is received as per the contract Responsible for tracking and reporting quality concerns Communication skills (Reading, writing and speaking) in English must be very good. Good Knowledge Import Procedures is preferable Candidate should be responsible for quality claim.

Candidate must have experience and knowledge in GST Filing Candidate must have experience in CMA Data preparationsCandidate must having knowledge in income tax returnsCandidate need to coordinate with bankers

Handling import management by own Must be good into english communication Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import processEvaluate all items of import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate Provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.
