As a Customer service Executive, you need to understand customers need and providing them with an exclusive customer service experience by ensuring sales and after sales services with technical support while consistently acknowledging one of the largest technological firms in the world.Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors in any stream. Experience required: - 0 - 1 Year. Prior experience in Customer service in International BPO would be an advantage. Immediate identification of cause and assigning it to Support Engineer. Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and MAC operating systems. Ability to work in a team, handling multiple tasks at a time. Should be able to work in rotational night shifts. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in any stage of the process. Responsible for International voice process, inbound process and dealing with B2B & B2C for Product sale. Approaching customer with empathy, patience and courteous telephonic etiquettes towards their problems.
