Key Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.2. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by actively promoting products and closing sales with customers.3. Maintain store appearance: Ensure shelves are stocked, products are displayed neatly, and the store is clean and organized to create an attractive shopping environment.4. Process transactions: Ring up purchases, handle payments, issue receipts, and manage exchanges or returns efficiently and accurately.5. Assist with inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and communicate with the team to reorder products as needed.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.- Basic math skills to handle transactions and calculate discounts or change.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to serve multiple customers simultaneously.- Willingness to learn about products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and maintain store appearance.
