We are looking for a Fresher to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.Job type: Full Time - Work from homeTiming Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday: 9:30 am to 2:00 pm (weekly reporting and review)Salary: 18k - 23k per month + incentivesJob Description: Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online portals and LinkedIn. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video) Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Carry out reference checks, document verification and compensation authentication of the candidates.
