Recruitment, Training & Development of teacher for your respective cluster. Managing books inventory and constantly evolve the curriculumSupervise Planning and quality of lessons delivered Hand hold teachers through role play and demonstration of classesKeeping a tab of teachers lessons by reporting on a daily basis in the Daily Observation plan folder Guide and train teachers for personal development by giving them lessons for the related instruments Quarterly training plan for teachers to aid them in their day to day teachingManaging implementation of day to day processes by all teachers Managing performances and concerts Reporting on outstanding students and execute communication plan with parents for further development Reporting on weak students and plan to execute special session to get them at par with the group to keep them motivated Supervise assessments of students and paperwork update on a fortnightly basisMonthly report on student base, growth, renewals, dropouts, new initiatives and training conducted Ensuring Teacher availability and continuity as per schedule Ensuring if any teacher is on leave the substitute is provided and substitute is aware of the lessons to be handledSupervise monthly communication to Parents / Principals.Manage communication with schools principals/ coordinators to ensure update and get regular feedback.Think of better ways of enhancing the vertical across the sphere of influence through creative ways/ instruments.Exploring and sharing ideas for enhancing the musical journey of each child in FSM. Ensuring each teacher is comfortable with preparing for the recital.Being on ground during Recital preparations and enabling the team to bridge the gaps wherever found. Dress smart and brisk, whenever going to schools/ official meetings, thereby leading as an example.
