1) Smooth Planning, Budgeting and Execution of all events within prescribed timelines2) Manage the Events Team so that there is optimisation and effective outcomes with systematicdistribution of work3) Sponsorship's for Band-It, Cadence and Piano Concert4) The events team is also part of the Academic Service Quality Function of evaluating andapproving the Monthly Reports sent to schools and centre students. The team checks the formattingand the accuracy of the data (by matching it to the lesson plans) and approves the teachers to sendthe reports to schools by the due dates.5) Report Generation and MIS of Monthly Reports6) Parent / Principal Feedback management and tabulation and MIS of Feedback Management andFeedback Reports7) Coordinating with other FSM departments to ensure smooth functionality of processes andevents8) Event Production and Vendor Management9) Developing and Maintaining process documents / SOPs for all events and functionalities of theEvents team10) Event Recce and School Observations (for recital management purposes)
