1. To understand the requirement from sales& Marketing, customers demand with respect to our product portfolio2. Preparation and revision of required drawings in AutoCAD,3. Prepare part numbers in ERP4. Prepare BOM, Technical spec, Parts manual etc.,5. Manage ERN & ECN activity about issuance of new part/product and revision of drawings/TDS etc., respectively6. Preparation of SOP and required formats for all process7. Support to marketing team in Tender and customized orders demand activity through providing required technical data, drawings etc.,8. Communication with RD team of FS group about new products, revisions, technical data verification before adopting into our process etc.,9. Supplier assessment and audit while developing new vendors for new or existing parts as part of regular process, localization activity & for customized orders10. To do development of new product as per the requirement from management, sales & marketing11. To be part of continual improvement in shop floor process to reduce the quality issues and reduction in process time12. To support quality team for analysis of parts failed in process, products at customer site13. To get the quote for required parts after technical discussion with suppliers for pre-sales activity for Tender and customized orders14. To prepare, modify and maintain QMS document and process related to RD & Engg department15.
