HiDear candidatePlease find the below Job Description (JD).WE ARE URGENT REQUIREMENTPost: Client Services Executive-Voice ProcessProcess: Medical process, Outbound,Job Description*Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification.*Denial documentation and further action.*Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients.*Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims.Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Insurance Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program etc.Key skills:Good at communication skillGood at computer skill.Ready to work in night shiftReady to work in voice process.Benefits:No sales processOn roll jobSaturday & Sunday off.Excellent working cultureJob Location:-Mumbai (sakinaka)training period timing30-40 day will be paid training session which will be in day shift timing will be 9am to 6pm.night working timeafter 1 month it will be full night shift.6pm to 3am ( one way drop facility ).Hr.
