We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate female Physical Therapist to join our team in Coimbatore. In this full-time role, you will help patients recover from injuries, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall physical well-being.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient Assessment:** Evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs through examinations and interviews to develop effective treatment plans. - **Treatment Planning:** Create personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to the individual goals and progress of each patient. - **Therapeutic Exercises:** Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises to strengthen muscles, improve balance, and restore mobility. - **Manual Therapy:** Utilize hands-on techniques to relieve pain and help patients regain normal function. - **Progress Monitoring:** Regularly assess patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. - **Patient Education:** Provide guidance and resources to patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices. - **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatments for continuous evaluation.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should hold a professional degree in Physical Therapy and ideally have up to one year of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport with patients. A good understanding of human anatomy and physical rehabilitation techniques is necessary. Candidates should be empathetic, patient-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage patient records and treatment plans efficiently.
