We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team and be part of this amazing project during an amazing growth period-Weekly pay-FULL-TIME Freelancing-6 days work weekRole Title:Scheduler Field Services/CoordinatorLocation:BhubaneswarRoles and Responsibilities:Allocating and managing the daily assignment of work orders and field service resourcesCoordinating the onboarding and training of field service resourcesOutbound calls to customers to obtain further information and/or to identify customer satisfactionDelivering a high level of customer service through day-to-day interaction with the field teamEnsuring performance metrics are metRequirements:Experience in a scheduling/dispatching or a similar role is a MUSTShould have Laptop hardware/ parts KnowledgeExperience in a fast-paced/high volume, customer-centric working environment essentialExperience with MS OfficeHigh accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to learn and follow process flowsEffective time management and organizational skillsOutstanding customer and team engagement capabilities to communicate across all levelsShould be available to work 6 days a week.
