We are looking for a passionate English Teacher to join our team in Nalanda, Nawada, and Gaya. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the English language.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Plan Lessons:** Develop engaging lesson plans that cover grammar, literature, writing, and speaking skills to create a well-rounded curriculum.- **Teach Classes:** Deliver lessons in an interactive manner to engage students and help them understand English concepts effectively.- **Assess Student Progress:** Evaluate students through tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor their understanding and provide feedback on their performance.- **Create a Positive Learning Environment:** Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable participating and expressing their thoughts.- **Encourage Reading:** Promote reading habits among students by introducing them to various literature, helping them enhance their vocabulary and comprehension skills.- **Communicate with Parents:** Keep parents informed about their children's progress and discuss any concerns related to their learning.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a strong understanding of English grammar and literature. We are hiring a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher who can teach students in a simple and engaging way and support their overall development. The candidate should help students improve their communication and basic skills while maintaining a positive learning environment. Candidates should have good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Teaching experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
