HR Recruiter INTERNFree Pads For India is an initiative founded by Help and Hygiene for All Foundation. The objective is twofold: distribute free period products and educate to end the stigma around periods. We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern. Note: This is an unpaid internship and please apply only if that is acceptable to you. Responsibilities: Own the recruitment process from end to end Create JDs and create new roles to optimize processes Post, update, and remove job ads from social networks Open new streams to find ideal candidates for new roles Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews Evaluate the candidates' skills based on key responsibility areas and provide feedback Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes Motivate the team through the planning of team events Maintain a database with new employee information Qualification: Available immediately to start with the internship position Ideally available for 4 months Prior industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with the field of Employer Branding is preferred Structure-oriented finds ways to expand effectiveness through better process Comfortable in a fast-moving, always variable environment Self-starter motivated to find solutions, propose ideas, and always optimize Benefits: First-hand experience of how to grow a Non-Profit Organisation LOR & Certificate of completion. FUNDRAISING Free Pads For India is an initiative founded by Help And Hygiene For All Foundation. The objective is two-fold: distribute free period products and educate in order to end the stigma around periods. We are looking for a Fundraising Intern. Responsibilities: Spreading awareness about the NGO's purpose and activities Executing the ideas and generating fundraising leads Working on requisite documentation for fundraising leads Meeting fundraising leads and communicating our objectives effectively for active participation Establishing, nurturing leads to create a network of new leads, collaboration partners, and donors Planning and organizing campaigns on crowd-funding platforms Achieving monthly sponsorship/donation goals Qualification: Are available for the work from home job/internship Can start the work from home job/internship Available for a duration of 45 days. Have relevant skills and interests Women wanting to start/restart their careers can also apply.
