* Job Role:*- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about Frankfinn career-oriented courses.- Understand student interests and guide them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.- Maintain consistent follow-ups with students to track their visit status and encourage participation.- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi to ensure clarity and engagement across diverse student profiles.- Accurately document call outcomes and update student records in the system.- Build rapport with students to foster trust and enhance the overall counselling experience.- Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.
