We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Customer Care Executive proficient in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customersResolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectivelyIdentify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisorMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesEnsure customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solvingCollaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service experienceMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsMeet and exceed customer service performance goals and targetsRequirements:12th or Bachelor's degree or equivalentFluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plusProven customer support experience or experience in a similar roleStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
