Role and Responsibilities:Help customers with their technical issues and sell our Tech Support Subscription plan and products.Selling and cross-selling brand products and services of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Avast etc.Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned targets.Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator & deal closerCreating and Monitoring Sales Pipeline & achieving the assigned Goals & TargetsMotivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Implementation & Rapport BuildingEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipAbility to multitask during customer handling.
