We are seeking to employ the services of an experienced receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving customers directions to various parts of the office, communicating with employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.Duties and responsibilitiesGreet hotel guests and answer questions or concerns.Maintain an orderly receptionProvide an exceptional guest experienceUse multi-line telephone systems and computer programs.Maintain guest records and take reservations.Complete basic cashier and accounting tasks.Contact staff to resolve issues when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort.Excellent skills in written and verbal communicationGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs.A proactive approach to resolving issues that arise.Highly organizedMultitasking and priorities under pressure.Qualified individuals should submit their CV/Resume.
